1) Set your pickup locations.
Are you hitting multiple farmers markets or neighborhoods throughout the week? With SnackDial, you can add multiple pickup locations, so customers can choose what works best for them. Customers will see an estimated pickup time, which is based on your kitchen (or production) hours, your prep time, and the pickup location hours.
2) Deliver on your terms.
Why pay high delivery fees to a third party? With SnackDial, you can set weekly delivery windows for customers to choose from. You can also set custom rules so that when a window gets too busy for you and your driver(s), customers won't be able to select it anymore.
3) Offer shipping options.
You can set a flat rate shipping fee for anywhere you ship to and set multiple shipping zones with different prices. You can also exclude certain products from shipping.
