Leave the following up to us. Customers can leave a thumbs-up rating and a 5-star rating for their order or any products purchased.
How It Works
1. Your customer receives an email
24 hours after an order has been fulfilled, your customer will receive an email asking them to leave a review. They won't need to sign in to leave a review, which makes it easier and therefore more likely to get feedback for your store. They'll receive one final follow-up reminder to leave a review 48 hours later.
2. They leave a review
Customers can leave a thumbs up, a 1-5 star rating, and a comment for each item in their order. They can also rate their entire order, which factors into your store rating.
3. Your ratings get updated
Your product ratings and your store ratings will get updated. For premium customers, our team is happy to help resolve any issues with ratings or reviews.
